FAQS while placing an order -
The products are dispatched from our warehouse and carefully packaged to ensure that the quality of the product is not compromised. The product quality is maintained throughout the delivery process so that your order arrives at your doorsteps fresh and on time.
You will be notified on your registered email address/mobile number when your order is confirmed. Once your order is confirmed, it is then packed and dispatched the next day.
Please note that once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed . Therefore, there will not be a refund processing for your order.
The minimum cart value is Rs. 1000.
Regular delivery is for Rs. 100/- and express delivery is only Rs. 200/- inside Valley.
We accept online deposit in our accounts in NIC ASIA, eSewa, and IME Pay. We accept card payments, online banking and mobile banking through our payment partners. We accept cash on delivery at the moment.
FAQS after dispatch -
Yes, you will have to forward your confirmation email to the person collecting it. They will also need to provide proof of ID for themselves.
You can track your order by viewing the ‘Order status’ on the Cocoaffaire website from the account that you have registered with. It will show the details of your order along with the current status of your order.
We will be providing e-gift cards very soon. So, stay tuned.
Please verify your package at the time of delivery. Perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable except in cases in which Cocoaffaire has delivered the incorrect or damaged item. In such cases, please contact our customer care or write us at email@example.com. We will gladly assist you with your order.
